Dicyandiamide-Electronic Grade  is White crystalline powder. Relative density is 1.40,melting point is 209-212℃. Soluble in water and alcohol, slightly insoluble in aether and benzene.

Net 25kg paper and plastic compound bag or fibre drum.

4. Transport storage

When transported, it should be in a clean, clean, covered wagon or boat.

Should be in a cool, dry, well ventilated warehouse, and keep away from moisture.

5. Application

Use as curing agent for epoxy resin adhesive in FR-4 CCL production.
