Water treatment of 3 types industrial effluent

Industrial wastewater of enterprises is mainly distributed in electronics, plastics, electroplating, hardware, printing, food, printing and dyeing industries. In terms of the amount of industrial wastewater discharged and the degree of harm to environmental pollution, industrial wastewater such as electroplating, circuit boards, surface treatment and other wastewater mainly containing inorganic pollutants and industrial wastewater such as food, printing and dyeing, printing and domestic wastewater mainly containing organic pollutants are the key points of treatment. Several typical industrial wastewater treatment technologies are introduced.

Polishing and Polishing industrial effluent

In the process of polishing and polishing parts, COD, BOD and SS are the main pollutants in industrial wastewater due to the existence of abrasives and polishing agents.

Generally, the following industrial wastewater treatment processes can be referred to for treatment:

Wastewater Regulating Pool Coagulation Reaction Pool Sedimentation Pool Hydrolysis Acidification Pool Aerobic Pool Secondary Sedimentation Pool Filtration Discharge

Degreasing industrial effluent

Common degreasing processes are: organic solvent degreasing, chemical degreasing, electrochemical degreasing, ultrasonic degreasing. In addition to organic solvent degreasing, the main pollutants in other degreasing processes are pH, SS, COD, BOD, petroleum, chroma and so on, due to the degreasing agent consisting of alkaline substances, surfactants and corrosion inhibitors.

Generally, the following industrial wastewater treatment processes can be referred to for treatment:

Wastewater Oil Separation Pool Regulating Pool Air Flotation Equipment Anaerobic or Hydrolysis Acidification Aerobic Biochemistry Precipitation Filtration or Adsorption Discharge

This kind of industrial wastewater generally contains emulsified oil. CaCl2 demulsifier should be added before air flotation to remove the emulsified oil, which is conducive to the removal of the emulsified oil by air flotation equipment. When the concentration of COD in wastewater is high, anaerobic biochemical treatment can be used first. If it is not high, aerobic biochemical treatment can be used only.

Industrial effluent from acid pickling and phosphating industry

The acid pickling industrial wastewater is mainly produced in the process of removing rust from iron and steel parts by acid pickling. The pH value of the wastewater is generally 2-3, and the concentration of Fe 2+ and SS is also high.

The following industrial wastewater treatment processes can be consulted for treatment:

Wastewater Regulating Pool Neutralizing Pool Aerated Oxidation Pool Coagulation Reaction Pool Sedimentation Pool Filter Pool pH Regulating Pool Discharge

Phosphating wastewater is also called skin membrane wastewater. It refers to the chemical treatment of iron parts in phosphate solution containing manganese, iron and zinc, and a layer of phosphate protective film which is insoluble in water is formed on the surface as the spraying bottom layer to prevent rusting of iron parts. The main pollutants in this kind of industrial wastewater are pH, SS, PO43-, COD, Zn2+, etc.

The following industrial wastewater treatment processes can be consulted for treatment:

Wastewater Regulating Pool Primary Coagulation Reaction Pool Sedimentation Pool Secondary Coagulation Reaction Pool Secondary Sedimentation Pool Filter Pool Discharge

The main pollutants in the industrial wastewater from anodic oxidation of aluminium are pH, COD, PO43-, SS and so on. Therefore, the wastewater from anodic oxidation of aluminium can be treated by phosphating industrial wastewater treatment process.
